General information

Tourist tax: in addition to the prices indicated, a tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per day will also be charged at the hotel. Children under 14 years of age are not subjected to tourist tax.
Swimming pool towels available free of charge at the reception
For environmental reasons there are no slippers in the room.
You can pick them up free of charge any time at the reception.
Underground parking / large private parking
Pick-up service from the Brunico railway station (approx. 2.5 km) available on request
Discount for bed&breakfast only accommodation: € 5.00 per person per day
Full board supplement: € 20.00 per person per day
Extra charge for double room for single use: +40 % of the daily rate
Dogs: € 6.00 per day, without food
In case of late arrival or early departure the entire booked period will be charged
Check-in: The room will be available from 3.00 p.m on the day of arrival
Check-out: The room should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure
No reductions will be given for meals not consumed. We will be happy to provide packed lunches on request

Cancellations

In case of cancellation up to 15 days before the intended day of arrival, a charge equal to 50 % of the agreed total price will be applied.
In case of cancellation up to 14 days before the intended day of arrival, a charge equal to 70 % of the agreed total price will be applied.
In case of early departure or late arrival, 100 % of the agreed daily price will be charged
(for all the days originally booked).
In case of failure to arrive (no-show), 100 % of the total price agreed will be charged.
